New Features Added:

1. We have completed the interface to CADworx® by COADE Engineering Software. This is a popular industrial drawing software that builds database tables of key drawing attributes while the drawings are being created. Megaflex has designed a simple interface to enable import of their Instrument database to initially build the Enterprise instrument index tag numbers and other attributes. Once the Enterprise instrument database information is entered ,it can be exported back into the CADworx® tables. All very simple and efficient. This creates "smart P&ID`s" that now link into the ISA data sheet design.

2. We have completed the interface to ProComSol® HART Communication software . We can now import HART configuration files from a handheld computer(Intermec CN3) and build a database of all instrument configurations. You will some be able to make changes in the Megaflex database and load them back to the HART instrument for setup.

3. Audit trail feature is now included with the Enterprise version. This allows the user to activate the audit cycle on a Unit's data and automatically track changes made to each record with date,time, old value, new value, field name and form reference.

The "Enterprise" version of our software is now available. The Enterrprise version utilizes the Microsoft SQL Server database(Full version or free Express version). With our restructured user interface provided in the Enterprise version, you can now manage multiple levels of your engineering project or plant database. The software structure includes data management levels for enterprise, site, area, process cell and unit. These assignment levels were patterned around the ANSI/ISA S88 criteria for managing data for process systems.

By using a Terminal Server configuration, you are able to manage the data from your local PCs or via a VPN link to multiple sites via the internet from anywhere in the world. With this added flexiblity, you are able to centralize your database for a Corporation for all of your users and share a common data interface for the users.

The standard Enterprise version also includes the following standard software modules: instrument index, ISA datasheets for 1981 and 2001 forms, instrument preventative maintenance module, file utilities, import/export of data to/from other file formats, universal form builder and much more. In addition, other disciplines have been added from our Pro series. They include Electrical, Mechanical and Piping. If you choose the Combo package you will also get AutoCAD loop generation and AutoCAD Conduit and Cable schedules. If you chose the Facility Automation option, you will have the construction start up, and commissioning displays to manage your installation activities.
