Preventive Maintenance - GENERAL FEATURES
The Preventive Maintenance Module incorporates features that enable an Instrument Maintenance Department the software tools to manage instrument “As Found” and “As Left” calibration conditions and log reference notes from periodic maintenance. Some of the features include:
• User-defined time intervals for performing maintenance on each instrument
• Automatic maintenance request for service reports
• Field notes can be logged for an instrument after each checkout to provide historical logging of action items
• Checkout sheets can be printed for an instrument with calibration data, previous field notes, serial numbers, and checkout procedures.

Various reports are available the include maintenance summary reports, monthly status reports by year, selected area reports, filtering reports for selecting particular instruments by loop number or date range.
